Marquette Area Public Schools - Locker Room Lease |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | Marquette Area Public Schools has requested a lease for space at Lakeview Arena. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and Marquette Area Public Schools to draft a standard lease agreement which provides the terms and conditions of the request. The term is five years. The monthly payment will be $14.00 per square foot from November 1 through March 31, and $7.00 per square foot for April 1 through October 31, for a total annual payment of $7,221.12.
Lease agreements require two reads. This is the second read of this agreement. |
