Marquette Junior Hockey Corporation - Concession Lease Agreement |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | Marquette Junior Hockey Corporation (MJHC) requested a lease for the concession area of Lakeview Arena. MJHC operated the concession area during the 2025 ice season. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and MJHC to draft the lease agreement. The agreement term is six (6) months, September 15, 2025 through March 31, 2026. The monthly payment during operation is $849.33.
City Charter requires lease agreements be presented for two reads. This is the second read of this lease agreement. |
