Dawn Kruhak, of 602 S. Third Street, has submitted an application to place a relatively short retaining wall in the Third Street right-of-way adjacent to her property, on the home side of the sidewalk between the home and street. Staff has determined that a retaining wall kept at least one foot (12 inches) from the closest point of the sidewalk would be acceptable and the applicant has agreed to that condition and will employ a competent contractor to build the wall.

The application fee of $460 and has been paid.

Approve the License and execute the Grant of License document.
