Brain Rasmussen, of 2300 Presque Isle Avenue, has submitted an application for a License to continue the use of portions of the White Street right-of-way (the eastern dead-end, adjacent to his home), which will enable him to maintain buildings that were built in that right-of-way long before he owned the property.  The encroachments were discovered through a Zoning Compliance Permit application to construct new structures and to maintain the buildings that are partially in the right-of-way, and the grant of a license will ensure that Mr. Rasmussen can keep his home, a garage, and a shed in good condition for many years to come.

The application fee of $460 and has been paid.

Approve the License and execute the Grant of License document.
