Mountain Tank LTE Argeement with Northern Michigan University |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | The City of Marquette and Northern Michigan University (NMU) have maintained an agreement for the shared use of NMU and City infrastructure since 2009. NMU is in the process of updating their LTE equipment and staff from both parties agreed to update the existing agreement and reset the term of the agreement to ten (10) years with two (2) five (5) year renewals. Additionally, the agreement further defines maintenance responsibilities of both parties and provides the City with a monthly $500 license fee from NMU. |
