| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | Ramon Ayala has submitted an application for SCT Properties, LLC, to use a portion of the public property on the north side of the building addressed as 113 W. Baraga Avenue - home of El Santo Tacos and Tequila restaurant - for an access ramp to the restaurant. The ramp is on the lot addressed as 116 Rock Street, which is owned by the City of Marquette and used for a public parking lot. This application was required as a result of a change in ownership of the 113 W. Baraga Avenue property. |
