Fire Department Community Risk/Standards of Cover/Compensation Study |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | The Fire Department, in conjunction with Human Resources and the City Manager, determined that a consultant should be engaged to determine the appropriate wage and benefit levels for the Fire Department. The consultant will also update the City's community risk assessment and identify possible improvements to Fire Department operations and programs. An RFP was sent out and six proposals were received. Fitch & Associates, LLC was determined to meet all requirements at the lowest cost at $49,995. |
