Marquette Vault, LLC, the owner of 101 S. Front Street, has submitted an application to use a portion of the public property that lies north of the Savings Bank building on E. Washington Street, for the encroachment of the building, as shown in the Exhibit included with the application.  This application was required as a result of the former property owner selling the property to Vault Marquette, LLC.  The former owner acquired a Grant of License for the same space and the new owner must now acquire the License for the building encroachment.
