Waterfront Safety Warning Tower |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | The fire department would like to procure one additional waterfront safety warning tower. This would provide coverage for all of the city's Lake Superior beaches. Installation would take place prior to the 2025 beach season. There is no advantage to the competitive bidding process because SwimSmart Technology, LLC is the sole source of safety warning towers. SwimSmart Technology LLC has submitted a quote for $35,560 for one tower. |
