BACKGROUND: 

Due to the additional work required to meet the changes requested by the Planning Commission, the consulting contract for the Community Master Plan went over the budgeted amount by $1,608.75.

 

The contract was approved without any contingency, therefore, City Commission approval is required.


FISCAL EFFECT: 
Funds are available in the Community Development Professional and Contractual account.

RECOMMENDATION: 
Approve the additional expenditure as presented.

ALTERNATIVES: 
As determined by the Commission.
