| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | The Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET) has leased office space from the City since May 2017. The most recent written lease recently expired and UPSET staff has requested a renewal for two (2) years.
Leases require two reads by the City Commission. The first read was August 26, 2024. |

| | | | | | | | | FISCAL EFFECT: | | The City will realize monthly revenue in the amount of $750 per month for the life on the agreement. |

| | | | | | | | | RECOMMENDATION: | | Approve the lease agreement with the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team, and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement. |
