| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | Marquette Area Blues Society is requesting a Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use Mattson Lower Harbor Park for the Marquette Area Blues Festival. The term of the contract is August 30, 2024 through September 1, 2024. Staff worked with the City Attorney and Marquette Area Blues Society to develop the permit. |

| | | | | | | | | FISCAL EFFECT: | | The Marquette Area Blues Society was approved for Promotional Fund credit totaling $1,265 for FY'24. The contract includes park rental fees of $2,505 plus miscellaneous charges. |
