| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | Blackrocks Real Estate, LLC has submitted an application to use a small portion of the Michigan Street right-of-way adjacent to the Blackrocks Taphouse at 424 N. Third Street for the placement of an elevate power outlet for licensed mobile vending units/food trucks to use for powering their kitchens instead of running a generator for power as they have been doing. All relevant City and Downtown Development Authority staff have approved the request and the applicant had signed the contract prepared for this request by the City Attorney. |
