| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | FEMA has published updated flood maps for Marquette County that will be effective on June 6, 2024 and the City is required to amend its current floodplain ordinance to reflect these changes.
Per City Charter, an ordinance cannot be adopted at the meeting in which it is introduced. This ordinance was originally introduced at the Commission's regular meeting on April 29, 2024. |
