| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | 136 Baraga LLC has submitted an application to use a small portion of the Baraga Avenue right-of-way adjacent to the building entrance at 136 W. Baraga Avenue for the placement of new concrete steps and a landing for entrance to the building. All City staff reviewers approved of the request, the City Attorney has drafted the license, and a representative of 136 Baraga LLC has signed the license. |
