| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | At the March 11, 2024 meeting, the City Commission held a public hearing and approved the Marquette Downtown Development Authority's Development and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Plan #4. In order to codify this TIF plan, an ordinance is required.
