| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | The Carden International Circus, Inc. initially requested a Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use the Russell Arena within Lakeview Arena for the Carden Circus May 25 and May 26, 2024. The event reached out to staff to amend the dates to May 10 and May 11, 2024. Use details are included in the revised agreement. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and user group to develop the revised permit. |
