| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | Three out of four of the City's beaches have gone unguarded for the past three summers due to a staffing shortage. SwimSmart towers will provide year-round real time warning, instant contact with emergency dispatch, and controlled access to life saving equipment. SwimSmart Technology, LLC, the sole source of the towers, has submitted a quote for $95,240 for four towers. |
