| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | The Marquette Junior Hockey Corporation requested an Agreement for Use of Lakeview Arena ice use. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and Marquette Junior Hockey Corporation to draft a standard use agreement which provides for the terms and conditions of the request. The agreement allows for six payments monthly based on actual usage, with 901 hours requested for a total of $198,138 for the FY 2024 ice season. |
