| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | Marquette Junior Hockey Corporation (MJHC) requested a lease for the concession area of Lakeview Arena. MJHC operated the concession area during the 2022 ice season. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and MJHC to draft the lease agreement. The agreement term is six (6) months, October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2023. The monthly payment during operation is $849.33. |
