| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | Fresh Coast Film Festival requested a Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use Mattson Lower Harbor Park for the Fresh Coast Film Festival October 19-21, 2023 and Presque Isle Pavilion on October 20, 2023 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and festival organizers to develop the permit. |

| | | | | | | | | FISCAL EFFECT: | | Fresh Coast Film Festival was approved for Promotional Funds credit totaling $440 resulting in $2,215 in general fund revenue plus miscellaneous charges. |
