Request for License to Use City Property in Sands Township for Access |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | Terry Huffman has applied on behalf of Matt Belic for a Grant of License to use a City parcel in Sands Township that has a dirt road connected to M-553. According to the application, Mr. Belic is buying adjacent property that does not have road access. Mr. Huffman told staff that Mr. Belic intends to use the access from M-553 to that property so that he can build trails that will connect to existing trails at the Marquette Mountain ski area, and beyond to the NTN trail network in the Carp River valley. |
