| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | The owner of 420 N. Third Street has requested the termination of an unutilized existing utility easement that runs through the site. The easement was intended for Marquette Board of Light and Power (MBLP) utilities, however the City of Marquette was also included as a party to the agreement. The MBLP has agreed to terminate the easement and the City does not have any beneficial uses for this easement. |
