| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | The Carden International Circus, Inc. is requesting the City Commission enter into a Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use the Russell Arena within Lakeview Arena for the Carden Circus May 12, 2023 and May 13, 2023. Use details are included in the agreement. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and user group to develop the permit. |
