The City was approached by Fresh Coast Light Lab, LLC (FCLL), with a request to project light shows, primarily utilizing lasers to begin with but with options to expand into other forms of light projection, on the north side of the Lower Harbor Ore Dock from the ticket building owned by the Frazier family. The terms of the agreement require content review from the Community Services Department as well as notification of show scheduling to ensure there is not incompatibility with the primary maritime function of Lower Harbor. 

The term of this agreement is for five years, and the City will receive five percent of the gross revenue derived from contracts with FCLL from this location.
