Mayor Pro-tem Davis and Commissioner Hanley Travel Reimbursement

BACKGROUND: 

Mayor Pro-tem Sally Davis and Commissioner Jessica Hanley attended the annual Michigan Municipal League Conference in Lansing, Michigan April 18-20, 2023. The following checks will be reimbursed for travel expenses occurred:

 

Mayor Pro-tem Sally Davis, Check #1007470, $590.14

Commissioner Jessica Hanley, Check #1007455, $590.14


FISCAL EFFECT: 
Total travel costs are $1,180.28. Adequate funds are available within the Fiscal Year 2023 City Commission budget.

RECOMMENDATION: 
Approval travel reimbursement for Mayor Pro-tem Davis in the amount of $590.14 and Commissioner Hanley in the amount of $590.14 for the Michigan Municipal League Conference.

ALTERNATIVES: 
As determined by the Commission.
