Consent Agenda Superior Watershed Partnership - Lease |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | Superior Watershed Partnership (SWP) has requested the City renew their lease for office space at 2 Peter White Drive, commonly known as the caretaker's dwelling, at Presque Isle Park. In lieu of monetary rent, SWP shall be required to provide the City and/or its residents any combination of goods, services and funds not less than $18,272 annually, which has been determined to be fair market value. This amount will increase 3 percent each year for a term of five years.
As per City Charter lease agreements require two reads. The first read of this item was on December 12, 2022. |
