Hockey Mutineers of Marquette - Ice Use Agreement |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | The Hockey Mutineers of Marquette have requested an Agreement for Use of Lakeview Arena - Ice Use. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and the Hockey Mutineers to draft a standard Use Agreement which provides for the terms and conditions of the request. The agreement allows for two equal payments of $3,360, one upon execution of the agreement and the second on January 1, 2023. The Hockey Mutineers of Marquette have requested a total of 32 hours for $6,720 for the FY 2023 ice season. Any additional hours of ice usage will be billed and paid at the end of the season. |
