| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | The Rotary Club of Marquette West is requesting the City Commission enter into a Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use Mattson Lower Harbor Park for the purposes of the Harbor Festival on August 26, 2022 until August 27, 2022. Staff has worked with the City Attorney to develop the permit. |
