| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | Cynthia Engle d/b/a Outback Art Fair is a Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use Shiras Park for the purpose of the Outback Art Fair on July 30, 2022 and July 31, 2022. Staff worked with the City Attorney and Ms. Engle to develop the permit. |
