(LSAA) is requesting a three-year Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use Mattson Lower Harbor Park for the purpose of the Art on the Rocks event on the dates specified in the agreement. Staff worked with the City Attorney and the LSAA to develop the permit. |
