Vango's, Inc. - Concession Lease Agreement |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | Vango's, Inc. requests the City Commission consider renewing their lease to provide concession services at Presque Isle Park. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and Vango's, Inc. to draft a standard lease agreement which provides for the terms and conditions of their proposal. The agreement is a three year lease, five months per year, from May 1 through September 30. The rent during operations is $600.00/month, including utilities. |
