| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | Social Justice For Us, a Michigan corporation, is requesting the City Commission enter into a Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use Mattson Lower Harbor Park for the purposes of Juneteenth: A Cultural Celebration on June 19, 2022. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and Social Justice For Us to develop the permit. |
