| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | Upper Peninsula Managed Care, L.L.C. of Marquette, is requesting the City Commission enter into a Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use Lakeview Arena - Russell Arena for the Marquette County Community Resource Fair on June 14, 2022. Staff worked with the City Attorney and Upper Peninsula Managed Care, L.L.C. to develop the permit. |

| | | | | | | | | FISCAL EFFECT: | | Lakeview Arena will realize $1,400 in revenue plus miscellaneous fees. |
