| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | Upper Peninsula Rainbow Pride is requesting a Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use Mattson Lower Harbor Park for the purposes of Pride Fest 2022 on June 11, 2022. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and Upper Peninsula Rainbow Pride to develop the permit. |
