| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | MDOT is accepting Bridge Rehabilitation Grant applications for Fiscal Year 2025. The City-owned Dead River Bridge along County Road 550 is in need of repair work and is being recommended as a candidate for this grant. MDOT is requiring a resolution from the City Commission as part of the grant application. |

| | | | | | | | | FISCAL EFFECT: | | The City would need to provide a 5% match ($22,500) to the $450,000 MDOT grant as a part of the Fiscal Year 2025 budget. |

| | | | | | | | | RECOMMENDATION: | | Approve the resolution to apply for an MDOT grant for rehabilitation work on the Dead River Bridge along County Road 550, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the resolution. |
