| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | The Marquette Area Public Schools (Varsity Hockey) has requested the City Commission consider an Agreement for Use of Lakeview Arena - Ice Use. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and Marquette Area Public Schools to draft a standard use agreement which provides for the terms and conditions of the request. The agreement allows for four equal payments of $5,787.50. One hundred eighteen (118) hours are requested for $23,150 for the FY 2022 ice season. Any additional hours of ice usage shall be paid for at the time of the final payment. |
