| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | The City Attorney's employment contract requires that Suzanne Larsen obtain the consent of the City Commission prior to performing work outside of her City employment. As Suzanne has been making the transition to the in-house City Attorney, her soon-to-be former law firm, Kendricks Bordeau, et al., has asked that she provide limited consulting services to attorneys at the firm in non-municipal matters, outside of working hours for the City.
