| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | The Noquemanon Trail Network (NTN) Council is requesting the City Commission consider a permit to access City property for preparation and maintenance of a non-motorized recreational trail for the specific purpose of holding the Noquemanon Ski Marathon on January 22, 2022. Staff worked with the City Attorney and NTN to develop the proposed permit. |

| | | | | | | | | FISCAL EFFECT: | | The NTN will reimburse the City for any damages to City property caused by the NTN's entry on the property for the purposes of the permit. |
