WE Energies is looking to relocate an access roadway across an easement granted by the Marquette Board of Light and Power and license previously granted by the City Commission in the area around the Presque Isle Power Plant property. 

Staff has reviewed the proposed relocation and finds no conflicts.

WE Energies prepared the attached Consent Agreement, which was reviewed by the City Attorney.  It is now being presented for consideration.
