| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | Hockey Mutineers of Marquette has requested the City Commission consider leasing locker room space at Lakeview Arena. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and Hockey Mutineers of Marquette to draft a standard Lease Agreement which provides for the terms and conditions of the request. The monthly payment is $1,078, the first payment of which is due upon execution of this agreement. The term of the lease is five (5) months (October 15, 2021 to March 15, 2022). |
