| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | City Attorney services have been contracted on retainer through Kendricks, Bordeau, Keefe, Seavoy & Larsen, P.C. for roughly 16 years. Through the recent budget process, the concept of bringing the current City Attorney on staff was brought up as a means to help cut costs and meet the growing needs of the City for legal services. At this time, staff recommends hiring City Attorney Suzanne Larsen as a City employee in the same manner as the City Manager through an employment contract. |
