Noquemanon Trails Network - Office and Storage Lease Agreement |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | The Noquemanon Trails Network Council (NTN) has a lease agreement for office and storage space at Lakeview Arena. Staff worked with the City Attorney and NTN to draft a standard lease agreement which includes all relevant terms and conditions. The monthly lease payment will be $463.50. The term of the lease is one year.
