| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | Cynthia Engle d/b/a Outback Art Fair is requesting the City Commission enter into a Special Event Permit for City Parks, Streets, Buildings and Grounds to use Shiras Park for the purpose of the Outback Art Fair on July 24, 2021 and July 25, 2021. Staff worked with the City Attorney and Ms. Engle to develop the permit. |

| | | | | | | | | FISCAL EFFECT: | | The general fund will receive $1,940 plus miscellaneous reimbursements if approved. |
