| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | David and Julie Thomson have submitted an application to use a small portion of the Island Beach Road right-of-way for the placement of a fence that will also be placed on their property at 3152 Island Beach Road, as shown in the attached license application. All City staff reviewers approved of the request and the City Attorney has drafted the license. Mrs. Thomson has signed the license. |
