| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | At its regular meeting on August 31, 2020, the City Commission directed City staff to prepare a smoke-free ordinance for City parks, playgrounds, and beaches, while updating related sections of City Code as necessary. Attached is a proposed ordinance for the Commission’s consideration.
