In support of a safe Halloween celebration, the City Commission is establishing trick or treat hours between 4-7 p.m. on Saturday, October 31. Additionally, with the assistance of the Marquette County Health Department and material from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and the Center for Disease Control, the City Manager's Office has developed guidelines for best trick-or-treating practices during the current Covid-19 public health emergency. These guidelines were approved by the Marquette County Managers and Supervisors group at their weekly meeting.
