Hockey Mutineers of Marquette - Ice Use Agreement |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | The Hockey Mutineers of Marquette have requested the City Commission consider an Agreement for Use of Lakeview Arena - Ice Use. Staff has worked with the City Attorney and the Hockey Mutineers to draft a standard Use Agreement which provides for the terms and conditions of the request. The agreement allows for two equal payments of $4,600 upon execution of the agreement and on January 1, 2020 respectively. The total hours requested is 46 hours or $9,200 for the FY 2020 ice season. Any additional hours of ice usage shall be billed at the end of the season. |
