Correction to Zoning Department Fee Schedule for 2019-2020 |
| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | There are two clerical errors that need to be amended in the Zoning Department pages of the published Fee Schedule for 2019-2020. One of the errors is the omission of the Residential Interior Remodeling sub-header, which makes the two categories for that permit fee incomprehensible as published. That was a document assembly error, as the fee schedule presented did include the appropriate sub-header. The other item that needs correction is the reversal of the stated fees for enclosures and/or structures associated with the Limited Residential Animal Keeping. An enclosure may be an existing fence, or a new fence. A structure may likewise be new or existing. A resident that is housing chickens may need one or the other, or both. The fees were entered incorrectly when preparing the fee schedule and the error was carried forward into the adopted Fee Schedule. |
